Tokyo BD Festival 2025 : call for exhibitors!
Details regarding stand prices, advertising in the catalogue, etc. will be announced at a later date.
Firstly, we would like to introduce you to the venue.
Gymnasium
- 体育館 -
The gymnasium will host exhibitors, and the gymnasium stage will be reserved for official book signings.
Auditorium
- 講堂 -
The auditorium can accommodate up to 250 people and a wide range of events, from masterclasses and live drawing sessions to conferences and workshops.
Entrance Hall
- エントランスホール -
The festival will host a main exhibition in the large entrance hall of the gymnasium and auditorium. The theme will be announced shortly.
Playground
- グラウンド -
If the weather permits, we hope to offer a large rest area with tents, food and drink stands.
Notes
- Respect school facilities: treat school buildings and equipment with care.
- Food and drink restrictions: Food and drink may only be consumed in designated areas inside the school building.
- No smoking or drinking alcohol: prohibited inside and around the school.
- Waste management: separate and dispose of waste in the bins provided for this purpose.
- Use of designated areas: do not enter restricted areas.
- Noise considerations: Keep the volume at a reasonable level and be considerate of neighbouring residents.
