Tokyo BD Festival 2025 : call for exhibitors!
Details regarding booth prices, catalogue advertising, etc. will be announced at a later date.
The festival will take place at the International French Highschool, located in Itabashi.
Gymnasium
- 体育館 -
The gymnasium will be the main exhibitor and market hall, with the gymnasium stage used for book signings hosted by the festival.
Auditorium
- 講堂 -
The auditorium can host up to 250 people and a wide range of events, from masterclasses and live drawing sessions to conferences and workshops.
Entrance Hall
- エントランスホール -
The festival's feature exhibition will be displayed in the large entrance hall of the gymnasium and auditorium. Theme to be announced shortly.
Playground
- グラウンド -
Weather permitting, we hope to offer a large rest area with tents, food and drink stands.
Participation in the Tokyo BD Festival 2025
Booths for companies
These stands are intended for companies such as publishing houses. You can choose between one or two days. Exhibitors who choose two days will be given priority for locations near the entrances and exits.
As the school does not have tables or chairs, these will be rented from an external provider. (Tables will be set up on the afternoon of 31 October and dismantled on 2 November from 6 p.m.)

- Display panel (W 900 × H 1800 mm) 1 panel: 4,400 yen per day
- Staff secondment: 1,500 yen/hour (stand operation by a third party in the absence of a representative)

- Exhibitors are responsible for preparing, selling and removing items for sale and items on display.
- Pop-up tents can be used for business meetings (in the school courtyard). (Reservation required, fee applies)
- Book signings possible at the stands.
- It is possible to display the works on the walls of the gymnasium (upon request).
- Please note that there will be a Sagawa Express stand for shipping boxes during dismantling.
Artists Alley
We encourage authors and artists, regardless of nationality, to participate in the festival to showcase their work. The festival will provide an opportunity to meet many professionals from the world of comics, manga and illustration in general. We look forward to welcoming you!

Safety and general information
- Respect school facilities: treat school buildings and equipment with care.
- Food and drink restrictions: food and drink allowed in limited designated areas inside the school building.
- No smoking or drinking alcohol: alcohol and smoking are prohibited inside and around the school.
- Waste management: separate and dispose of waste in the bins provided for this purpose.
- Remain in designated areas: do not enter restricted areas.
- Noise considerations: Keep the volume at a reasonable level and be considerate of neighbouring residents.
